RENTAL POLICIES
|
Whale Pointe does not allow pets on the premises or smoking in the units or in the interior common areas. Smoking is allowed on the balconies and the outdoor common areas.
Most units require a one week minimum stay. However, when booking within 45 days of your anticipated arrival date, we are generally able to accommodate you for shorter stays, but not less than two nights. In July and August we are happy to take reservations for less than a week in advance of the 45 days.
The occupancy of the two bedroom units is not to exceed 6 people and the occupancy of the three bedroom units is limited to 8. These occupancy limits include visitors and may not be exceeded at any time.
To make a reservation we require a signed contract and a non-refundable reservation fee of $200 on a credit card. This amount is applied to the rent. All balances are due 90 days in advance of occupancy or immedately if the reservation is made within that time period. A current credit card is required to be on file by Seaside Vacation Homes and Whale Pointe to cover any damage or loss to the unit during your stay.
Check-in is 4:00 pm and check out is at 12:00 noon. Guests need to report to the Whale Point lobby to obtain their keys.
It is important to understand our cancellation policy before making your reservation. All cancellations will result in loss of your $200 reservation fee. If a cancellation is received within 90 days or your arrival date, it may result in forfeiture of your fees. However, if we are able to rebook the days cancelled, your fees will be returned.
We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover cards. Our winter season runs from Sept 30 to March 1, spring season from March 1 to June 17 and the summer season from June 17 until the Sept 30.
